  20. If you currently own Borland C++ 5.0, which you upgraded to from
  21. 4.0, 4.51 and 4.52 successively, selling you old versions of 
  22. Boland C++ like this would be illegal.  You do not have the right 
  23. to sell or give away your old versions of C++ if you do not *also* 
  24. transfer your license to the new owner and cease using any other
  25. copies of Borland C++ you might have.

  27. In other words, you do not own four copies of Borland C++, three 
  28. of which you can sell for $20 cause you don't want them anymore.  
  29. You own a *single* copy, a single license, for *one* Borland C++ 
  30. product which happens to currently be at version 5.0.

  32. Read your Borland C++ license agreement if any of this in unclear 
  33. to you.

  35. I'd think, as a software developer, you'd having a working 
  36. knowledge of software license agreements (and certainly enough
  37. sense to not publicly advertise intentions to blatantly violate 
  38. them on the Usenet).
