- Be careful!
-
- If you currently own Borland C++ 5.0, which you upgraded to from
- 4.0, 4.51 and 4.52 successively, selling you old versions of
- Boland C++ like this would be illegal. You do not have the right
- to sell or give away your old versions of C++ if you do not *also*
- transfer your license to the new owner and cease using any other
- copies of Borland C++ you might have.
-
- In other words, you do not own four copies of Borland C++, three
- of which you can sell for $20 cause you don't want them anymore.
- You own a *single* copy, a single license, for *one* Borland C++
- product which happens to currently be at version 5.0.
-
- Read your Borland C++ license agreement if any of this in unclear
- to you.
-
- I'd think, as a software developer, you'd having a working
- knowledge of software license agreements (and certainly enough
- sense to not publicly advertise intentions to blatantly violate
- them on the Usenet).
